"Stuff was not very welcoming when checking in and when checking out they didn’t bother to even ask how was everything. The refrigerator in the room was dirty so we complained and the promised to send someone to clean it but it never happened. The hall outside our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking building."

"Actually, we had a terrible time as the shower was not working properly for two full days. First, we had only hot to extremely hot and got burned. Then after plumber attempted to fix the 3rd day, we had no water and had to call him back. It was finally fixed but it was extremely disappointing. Additionally, one of the reasons and prerequisite I booked at your hotel was to use the indoor pool which was not available the whole weekend/time of our stay. I dont think I will return and would like to get a partial refund as the accommodations were well below par and I paid more money than average to stay there. The cleaning lady didn't really want to clean our room even after asking her, so I just asked for towels and to remove garbage. The hallways and elevators were not well maintained and the whole hotel smelled like weed. Highly disappointing. Just now"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hilton in Melville. The shower faucet was leaking and made a dripping sound all night. The faucet only provided very hot water. The caulking around the tub was deteriorating badly. The bathroom door had severe water damage. The couch was very old weathered and stained. The room and hotel corridor smelled bad. I have travelled monthly for 17 years, my experiences with Hiton had been good up until this trip. Hilton needs to send out a team to inspect this property. It does not meet their standards. I've never spent so much money to receive such a poor room. I will never stay there again. Again I strongly recommend Hilton send out a team from corporate quality improvement to conduct a thorough assessment. Thanks for your consideration. "
