"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. "Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) "I stayed at this hotel for a week and found it a solid option for a solo trip. The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops, so I never had trouble finding somewhere to eat or grab what I needed. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous. They always offered to help with anything I needed, which made the stay feel welcoming even when the hotel was busy. That said, the lobby and front entrance can get quite crowded, especially during peak check-in and check-out times. The hotel itself is a bit dated, with noticeable wear and tear in the common areas and rooms that could use some touch-ups. My room was clean and functional, though, with a comfortable bed and enough space for my needs. Noise from the busy lobby and street wasn’t a major issue once the door was closed, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably for work. Overall, despite the slightly tired interiors, it was a good stay. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a practical, well-located base in the city without expecting a modern luxury experience."
