"Check in was fine, but not given any info, ie wifi, how to get to room, breakfast, etc. staff seemed irritated with my questions. Room was great and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Check in was smooth and super easy. Staff that we interacted with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We ordered the New England breakfast one morning for room service and i have to say it was delicious. Plenty of food for the two of us to share and came with coffee and OJ. "

"Definitely recommend the inside balcony rooms, especially during the colder months. It was so great having a place to chill and drink wine. Unless you valet, there is free parking, just couldn't figure out a good way to get into the hotel without walking around the building. Did not get a chance to check out the food, but the spa was top-notch. We had a great girls weekend!"
