"Stayed with my 4 children last week for 2 nights. Property is clean and tidy on the outside and rooms were great too. There was a little bit of a funky smell in the kitchen cupboards but we werent fussed. Window locks on the windows that faced out to the balcony. Hosts were lovely and very polite and welcoming. We have stayed in many motels and found Adelphis wifi the best! There was no lag or connection issues. My kids enjoyed their stay and have asked to return on our next visit. Would...

"Got there with family at 6.30pm, They have people living in this hotel that don’t have homes, so emergency housing….sitting outside ruff as… not what you want you kids o partner to see he. Your spec ting a nice hotel. There were kids on scooter and running around outside rooms and quality. Not what was advertised online. Disappointed and had to go find new accommodation at 6.30 at night. Have stayed in these kind of set ups before and had people coming and goin all hours of the night… dodgy "

The neighborhood looks a bit down and somewhat creepy at late night; trading off with walking distance to the playground, shopping district and variety of bars/restaurants. 2BR equipment is a bit inconvenient: Pots & pans provided are too small for a family. No AC, only 1~2 heater(s) in the living room but not in the bedroom."
