What a little gem Adelphi motel turned out to be. Great central location and very very clean with new furniture !2 tvs and a a heat pump/air conditioner kept us comfortable when it got hot. Fair price. I will definitely stay here again

The property is so well done with all the facilities you can think of crammed into a well designed silo space. Loved all the little industrial touches like light switches, kitchen drawers, taps etc. The sky light is great, could see a few stars when the clouds cleared with lights off. Try with the lights on too for a good view of the bed:)

This was our favourite place. very clean, new and felt like home away from home. walking distance to shops. We loved Hanmer in general

Location great, and even tho it's on the main road, there was no noise. Owner particularly helpful.

What a gem of a hotel. Stayed for two nights, short walk to main shops, eateries, casino on your doorstep but you wouldn’t know it (no noise). Room had a kitchenette, separate bath and shower. The bath was a spa bath, modern, clean, awesome after a long day walking, sightseeing! Lady who runs the place was awesome. Staff pleasant. Car parking was easy and secure, gate closed at night. Highly recommend this place.

Communication was great, they texted me which room to go to as we arrived after hours. We were greeted to a nice warm room as it was freezing outside!

Serviced apartment with a kitchen and close to everything

Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with not only our initial booking but also our extended accommodation requirements. The location is fabulous with everything you need within walking distance or short 5/10 minute drive. Also, having a light kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster, etc.) in addition to a full washer and dryer was very convenient for extended stay. The huge Jacuzzi tub was a welcome respite after our long days of walking. Overall, a great place...

This reconditioned grand Government building must surely be the benchmark for classical accommodation it that's your style. All the grand elements are there, including tall doors and ceilings and grand staircase, but the rooms are spacious and so grand you'll want to spend your entire holiday there and not move on. Motel unit had everything we wanted and is very handy to all shops and Hot Pools. Comfortable and with nice little touches like sweets and sewing kit.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was really good and relaxing. Rooms are clean and bathroom is good. Very nice staff at reception. Close to the town centre and super market.
