"Great place to stay. Well positioned only five minutes away from our get together with Canberra family. The house was clean with well manicured gardens. Joyce was excellent with answering all questions promptly. I would recommend this accommodation to anybody considering visiting this area. Thank you Joyce."

"We needed somewhere to stay in this area and this one was the only one that could accommodate us all for this weekend. It was fine however needed a good, thorough clean, especially under lots of furniture. It looks like there are lots of band aid fixes as renos but the price we paid was not value for money. Walls filthy, the whole place needs cleaning and painting throughout. The towels supplied were paper thin. Beds comfortable."

"Was a great size place and plenty of beds to choose from. Could of had more cooking facilities. Was nice and tidy. The showers could have been cleaner (mould) and under the beds had rubbish. But over all was nice and comfortable to sleep. "
