"Staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed that no one was picking up the trays from room service. Room was dated with lots of scratches on the furniture. Shower flooded ever time we used it. Most disappointing thing was they change their guest $25 a day to park at the hotel"

"The owner took the booking, paid in full, did not advise they had actually sold the house we found out at 8pm on check in night. Then had to find accomodation for 3 people and then had to pay an additional $650. Worst experience had. Need full refund."
