"Was harassed by Airkeeper from booking to conclusion. Treated like some recalcitrant teenager. What a horrible beuracratic organisation. Stayz used to provide a simple process when a booking was made. Now we have to provide a recent photo for identification, driving licence, passport not enough. These ID’s are recognised by authorities but not Airkeeper. Very unimpressed. Overall, it was an expensive option and could do with an update in bathroom’s in particular."
"Great, spacious house - perfect for 6 adults and a baby with two separate living spaces and a beautiful outdoor deck. Beds were super comfortable, quiet location and we loved the provision of high chair and toys for our little one. No air con but the ducted fans did the job. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook both nights. Overall a lovely stay :) "
