Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around...

A most enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is abundantly clear that the staff take pride in providing a very high standard of service. They are attentive and personable. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.

Great staff, clean rooms and perfect locations.

Generous size room. Housekeeping daily, a nice change! Free mini bar. Hotel has a cool vibe. Less then 10 mins walk from Old Town. The restaurant on site has well priced meals, we ordered 2 starter size and they were huge. We loved our stay at Loft Hotel

The hotel is spotless!! Large comfortable room. Big shout out to Maria who looked after us at checkin and breakfast- she is lovely!! Public transport connections outside hotel and Uber/taxi service available. Parking available on site and free street parking available. Rudy’s bar & restaurant is also on site offering delicious (large) meals and drinks at a reasonable price!! I recommend the hotel to anyone. Thankyou everyone 😊

Well equipped room (a $600 Dyson hair drier ) pod coffee machine, very comfy bed, great staff cant do enough for you. Its only a small hotel BUT it has a big Personality.The question is would I go back to that hotel and the Answer is YES.

The front desk staff seemed busy when we checked in and were a bit rude and short with us which was disappointing. However the hotel is beautiful with great amenities such as gym/sauna and we enjoyed the balcony.

This was very enjoyable especially as it was so close to the Rathaus Christmas Markets. This is where we went for dinner wonderful experience in the evening and still not too crowded in Late November. The staff were really great very helpful and with good suggestions. Like not buying a Vienna Card just buy a 24 hour transport card and only pay for things you want to see. The only thing I didn't like and it is not the hotels' fault is all the gadgets. It is so trendy to have an ipad to do...

Property and room we had was very quaint. Very large room as a junior suite. They are progressively upgrading the property to an even higher standard.

Very good location. Excellent breakfast and very nice restaurant. Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were very well appointed as well. Not expensive for this quality. Gym is functional but no treadmill.

Location and the service was fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the tea and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch.

Fantastic central location, close to everything. The staff provided excellent service and truly made a difference to our stay. They were very friendly, helpful, and always did their best to assist us with anything we needed.
