"We had an excellent stay at SkyOne Apartments. A special mention goes to Claudia at reception, who gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything clearly on arrival—she was friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of drawer space, a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, salad bowls, cutlery, and dinnerware—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom was a little on the smaller side, especially with a king-size bed, but it was still comfortable. The living and dining areas were spacious and inviting. Having a washing machine in the apartment, along with a drying rack on the balcony, was very convenient. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishwashing liquid, and even trash bags. When we needed more supplies, we simply went to reception and they were happy to provide them. The location is excellent—less than a five-minute walk to Box Hill Central, with Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, shops, bakeries, and a fantastic selection of eateries and restaurants (mostly Asian). The train station is also within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay, and thanks to Claudia’s wonderful service, it felt especially welcoming. We would definitely choose SkyOne Apartments again. "

"Staff were truly awesome! Everything was close by, the hotel is a great place to stay as is right beside trams and metro. All was great except the carpets could be cleaned better as they are a bit dirty in rooms and hallways."
