"Room was clean and had everything one would need for a good night stay. Breakfast was okay, personally I would have preferred some full fat Greek yogurt as another option..would be nice to include some cheese options too. Needed some trays to carry your food on as you end up taking several trips up to the buffet..restaurant is huge by the way! Apart from that, hotel is conveniently located although wouldn’t wanna walk back from town at night as it’s a bit of a trek, ended up taking more taxis than I would have liked. The real gem is the beautiful swimming pool and sauna/steam room. Fantastic!!! Staff were friendly and I liked the relaxed atmosphere."
Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room with great view , bar and breakfast area really nice , the bullring and utilita area in walking distance , will be back again in November "
"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk.
Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit.
Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring.
Check in took about 30 seconds. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Only in the hotel for a night but would recommend and return in a heartbeat."
