"Room was spacious, good shower and amenities. Very large hotel, long walking distance and two elevators to reach the room."

"The room and the location were exceptional. My stay there was excellent until departure, when the front desk clerk offered to get me a cab to the airport. He put me in a cab that ended up costing 30% more than what I was quoted on the freenow Dublin taxi app. Definitely felt like a scam."

"I’m not sure why we were placed into a Wheelchair accessible room, but sadly it was in the older part of the hotel with no A/C. I think if you go, you may have to request a newer room. You can open the windows, but it is very noisy. There were 3 of us, only two towels. It was ok, but I would maybe do more research next time."

Clayton Hotel Burlington Road

Clayton Hotel Burlington Road

10/10 Excellent
"The staff was excellent and informative and quick to get me extra pillows and towels when we asked. The restaurant had delicious food and an amazing waiter that waited on us. Our view was beautiful from our room overlooking all of Dublin. The only negative I would say is that my bed I felt was very uncomfortable, being spoiled from my specific mattress in the United States. But the staff was quick to get me a mattress, topper, and extra pillows that helped my stay. Everything was clean, the grounds outside are beautiful, they have a great gym. If that’s what you’re interested in, room, service, a restaurant below, and we really enjoyed our stay, and the people we met."

"Incredible hotel, often missed since not as central as the other 5* hotels in Dublin but well worth considering. A special shout out for Derek on Concierge who helped arrange a special bouquet of flowers for the room. Great hotel guys - keep up the great work!"
