"This hotel is extremely conveniently located right at Charing Cross Station and walkable to the National Gallery, Coventry Garden and the Theater District. We happened to be there during a heat wave and the hotel was wonderfully cool. The cleaning staff was very good and they had wonderful amenities for free in the room -crisps, cookies, popcorn and water, tea and coffee. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was very pleasant and delicious. There is also a very pleasant coffee shop serving Starbucks and delicious danish. The only oddity of the hotel is having to go up one floor from the entrance, cross a bridge and then down 1-2 floors to the rooms. It was overall a very pleasant stay that I can highly recommend."
