"Delightfully comfortable hotel, and everyone was equally friendly. Although everyone stayed tuned to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, a special big 10 goes to Alina. "

"Didn’t have breakfast. Room was excellent but I had no shower gel in the shower or maybe the pump just wasn’t working and the same with the hand and body cream. The hair dryer wasn’t very good as it had no nozzle and stopped working half way through using it. Apart from these minor issues everything was excellent. "
"Great service from the front desk. The rooms were great, stylish and had everything we needed. No noise from outside or the corridor despite being directly next to the lift. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"Room was clean although bathroom washbasin had multiple chips in which on appearance looked like it wasn’t clean.
Long wait for hot drinks at breakfast but a fabulous menu and good quality produce.
Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful."
