When you pay between $380 and $570USD per night you have certain expectations of a hotel. The hotel felt very clean, however with the number of conferences they had booked during my stay it was very uncomfortable.
-people were sleeping in the atrium during the day
-tables were rarely available due to the volume of people, and the amount of garbage that was not quickly dealt with us unappealing
-the only full service restaurant on the property was also not open for breakfast or lunch on two of the days I was there
I have attended conferences at other Gaylord resorts in Denver and Nashville, and this was a terrible experience especially considering the price.
