"Customer service was top notch.Went there for a quick 3 day trip for our 25th wedding anniversary before flying out later in the month. I tried my luck and asked the hotel room to be decorated to reflect the occasion and Village hotel delivered big time! They decorated the room with flowers and gave us a whole bottle of expensive Champagne to grace the occasion as well. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed- Thank you so much Village hotel , we will surely be back. Hotel also has good restaurants and does fantastic grilled food and you have to try one of their burgers. Good quality hotel with fantastic customer service. We will be back !"

"Really nice hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good but the service was slow and refilling of food was very slow. Seemed like they were understaffed for the number of guests."

"We had a warm welcome gave me tour straight away checked in quickly found the our standard room light airy and roomy and clean Enjoyed the courtyard woth a couple of drink barstaff very friendly and service with our meal was excellent "

"It’s a 3 star hotel that doesn’t pretend to be anything other. It’s clean. The food is good and the staff are very helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. It was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided us with a fan. Great place to stay"

"Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! "

"We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! Finally, we were ever so grateful for the free noon checkout on the Sunday, that was very kind indeed, all in all a wonderful weekend break & I'm positive we will return soon! "
