Right at the beach is a superb hotel with very kind staff, delicious food, an array of mocktails and great SPA: loads to experience!!

Die Reinigungskräfte waren nicht professionell, man musste immer zusehen , dass Toilettenpapier vorhanden war. Staub wurde im Zimmer nicht überall gründlich geputzt. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet man mehr.

Super Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Restaurant, perfekte Lage und schöne Zusatzangebote (Spa). Das Zimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett aber sehr groß und bequem. Da wir eh keine Stubenhocker sind und im Urlaub sowieso schonmal gar nicht, war das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend.

Herrlicher Nordseeblick
Schönes Hotel in erster Reihe am Strand, unbedingt Nordseeblick buchen! Anfragen werden leider erst nach Wiederholung bzw. gar nicht beantwortet. Sauberkeit im Bad ist verbesserungswürdig. Schöner Spa-Bereich mit Schwimmbad. Das Servicepersonal lässt bisweilen Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit dem Gast gegenüber vermissen.

Der Standort des Hotels ist optimal. Tolle Blick auf die Nordsee, direkt an der Promenade, aber nicht zu laut. Der Eingangsbereich und die Bar sind sehr einladend. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer welches schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Alte Möbel sind kein Problem, jedoch waren die Stühle im Zimmer dreckig - undefinierbar ob Sonnecreme oder Getränkeflecken. Ebenso hatte der Teppich flecken. Das Thema mit den Flecken ging auf den Stühlen und Bänken im Speisesaal leider weiter.

Wir waren in eine Suite zu dritt, das Schlafsofa war defekt, daher bekamen wir ein Zustellbett. Es war einiges kaputt (Tür schief in Angel, Fensterbrett hatte Riss/Riesendefekt, das Bad für eine Suite völlig indiskutabel was die Größe betrifft. Auch waren die Möbel schon recht alt. Wohl gefühlt haben wir uns soweit trotzdem. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Servicepersonal im Restaurant und Barbereich herausragend freundlich!

Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes Hotel. Würde sagen das beste Haus auf Wangerooge. Kleinigkeit (z.B. die komplett durchsichtige Scheibe zwischen Bad/Dusche und Schlafzimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig) vor Ort freundlich als Verbesserungsvorschlag (kleiner Vorhang) genannt.

Wir waren Anfang April da, ich glaube es lief noch nicht alles rund, zB. Saunatücher nicht nachgefüllt, alte noch in dem Korb, beim Frühstück fehlte oft ein oder das andere, sonst war das Personal bemüht und freundlich. Schöne Sauna
