"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

I understand my grandson and l didn’t get down for breakfast till 8.45 and they finish serving at 9. However, the staff member kept giving us warning times, we could have been allowed 5 minutes to finish but we got a 4 minute warning, literally, and she made us feel very uncomfortable and was obviously saying it for our benefit. Otherwise a great stay and the reason we have given 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Thanks to everyone else who was lovely and very helpful. Diane and Paul."
