"Check-in was great! Reserving parking was great! Room was very clean. The two-sided mirror in the bathroom was clearly positioned for someone way taller than me! (Not great) Coffee maker and cups too small for coffee lovers like me! We needed another blanket on the beds, not only for warmth but also for added weight. We asked for them and got them quickly, so thank you! "

"The breakfast is exceptional. Always fresh and lots of variety. One drawback so beware: They DO NOT offer free parking!! My biggest problem staying there. No matter if you find a good room rate, add a minimum of $35 per night to park there. NO HANDICAP OPTIONS; NO PARKING VALIDATIONS"

"Yveey, Edwin and Nathan could not have been more awesome… I thought I may have been too old for the vibe but the front desk made me feel right at home. And the Guys late night who suggested In and out burger many many thanks! They I would absolutely return and absolutely recommend… I think I forgot to mention that the rooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are a treat. I love a great hotel bathroom and this did not disappoint! And check out the Food! There are a lot of great little gems in Fisherman’s Wharf and this is one of them. I I will definitely be back and any time I have guests from out town they will be staying there. To all the wonderful staff.. thank you for making my night really special - from a happy guest and local area resident "
