Although the decor is a bit dated, the property was clean, and the deluxe King room was roomy and even the bathroom was roomy! I would not hesitate to stay again. Very satisfied.

Nice hotel to stay in Union Square. Could use some love to some of the public areas - carpeting, lobby furniture, etc but room was clean. Option for food but no lobby bar. Very friendly staff.

Staff is excellent and helpful. The bed are the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The rooftop bar is nice but expensive. The hotel is not in the best part of town, so not really walkable to restaurants etc.

For the price, it’s a decent hotel. Queen room is very small so if you have multiple suitcases, it could be an issue leaving them open on the floor. Walls are quite thin so you can hear a conversation on the other end. Perfect location and walking distance to plenty of areas and public transport ...
