"I have stayed here before a concert at Concord Pavilion and it was fine. A lot of people stay for concert. This time there was no guide on the remote control. Anyways, I asked for help and they sent up maintenance guy who could do nothing? Basically, he said someone came in to program all the TVs and didn’t give them that function. I was just supposed scroll the channels manually without a guide. This might seem like nothing but it was certainly a feature I’ve enjoyed before so being without it was a big deal. They never said anything. I paid the same price I always pay, didn’t get any discount and wasn’t even warned. I could not believe this was the way they were operating? I was pleased with the bed, room and TV/Cable but was very disappointed with the amenities. A remote control without a guide is basically useless in 2026!"
