"Many of the guests had to keep requesting a plunger tor their toilets. The toilet in my room never flushed without using the plunger. I reported it to the day manager and the night manager. I was told maintenance would be sent, but no one ever came to check on it or fix it. Im only glad my stay was only 2 nights"

"We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early (for $25) and that worked well for us. One caution about using Expedia to book - the pictures/room descriptions on Expedia do not actually match the room types at the hotel. We specifically wanted the room that had a couch/chair sitting area showing in the picture and the booking said "Suite, 1 King Bed". The room we got at the hotel had the jacuzzi tub in the main room - not what we wanted. It also had a musty/mildew smell. They changed us the next day to the room we wanted, and it was perfect. Just something to be aware of when booking. Breakfast was good, location was handy to many things. Walls are a little thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. They are a pet friendly property, so you may hear some barking. Hot tub in the pool area was great - very warm and jets are strong. Workout room was small but met our needs for the weekend. Parking was good also."
