"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the...

There was an excellent range of crockery, cooking utensils, coffee appliances and lovely platters and boards to spread our platters on and then sit in a beautifully decorated lounge to enjoy the sunset. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and of a high standard."
