One of the best days of customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed a lot of properties. I feel like once you got to know some of the staff after staying for multiple days, I had some really enjoyable conversations on top of a really amazing stay with perfect amenities and room on the upgraded suite that I booked with the Butler service. Next time I’m back in Hamburg that is my go to spot."

The location would be difficult to beat. All in all I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in an executive room, which I highly recommend as an executive lounge is available throughout the day to grab a coffee, cold drinks or nibbles. "

"Achingly hip hotel overlooking St Pauli Stadium and right next door to Feldstrasse U Bahn. Rooftop garden is a major tourist attraction and you have lift access like a VIP. A unique hotel experience everyone coming to Hamburg should try it!"
