The staff were friendly, and the area is very quiet with easy, free parking nearby. The only complaint is that the bathroom smelled quite bad due to the pipes

Really nice hotel in every single way! Everything felt newly renovated, they had a 24/7 reception, four charging boxes for electric cars in the garage (25 euro/night including electricity), a good breakfast buffet, clean room with a good shower.

Nice hotel, some minor points

Very well situated hotel, walking distance from city centre. Nice breakfast, clean rooms. Recommendation: Instead of placing stickers for not slamming doors, pleas adjust the doors not to slam! Internet connection not stable. Additional 10€/day for parking is not appreciated. No restaurant. Still a place to come back to.

Sometimes the door doesnt lock properly and you have to close the door with force. This makes a lot of noise. For parking an additional 9.90 per day is charged, as well as 50 euro for the parking card which will be refunded when the card is returned. Why cant this be added to the card for opening the room? Personel is very friendly, and speaks both German and English

Lækkert hotel - kan anbefales

Vi havde et virkelig godt ophold. Lækkert og flot værelse og badeværelse. Alt var rent og pænt. Sengene var gode. Vi fik en hurtig betjening da vi kom. Vi betalte 9,90 euro for parkering i kælderen. Kommer gerne igen.

Bei ein und auschecken problematisch und etwas überheblich -Keine Info wie hoch die Tiefgarage - Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage erst nach Einchecken möglich somit unnötiges raumlaufen und Parkplatz suche nötig -Bezahlen muss man im voraus -Rechnung wird nicht erstellt somit unnötiges telefonieren zum klären nötig. Einfach unnötig stressig

super preiswert wenn man städtetrip in hamburg machen will. waren 2 nächte dort und konnten easy mit den regio zügen ca 40 Minuten in die Hamburger Innenstadt fahren. sonst total sauber und nett eingerichtet. einzige mankos wären dass der duschkopf bisschen versifft war und es eben ein wenig hellhörig auf den fluren war, das ist meiner meinung nach aber auch schon meckern auf hohem niveau;)
