We were notified a few days earlier about our room, code at front door, etc. The best was breakfast was included with the room. Variety of choices, staff was great! Highly recommended when you’re in Zermatt! "

Most of the hotels nickel and dime you for every little thing, but this hotel provided exactly what you needed without viewing it as a method to add to your bill. Great service, lovely breakfast, and nice amenities available: a spa (sauna and steam room) and access to the adjacent sports center, with a nice pool and jacuzzi. "We booked this hotel with a few weeks to spare and were incredibly lucky to find it. The location is absolutely perfect in Mürren, perched right on the edge of the cliff with panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The scenery is nothing short of breathtaking. The daily breakfast was phenomenal, with fresh breads, local cheeses, meats, eggs made to order, and great coffee, all enjoyed with an unforgettable view. You’re just steps away from trailheads for some of the best hiking in the Alps, including the North Face Trail and the route down to Gimmelwald and Trümmelbach Falls. The hotel is also a short walk from the Schilthornbahn cable car, making it very easy to explore Piz Gloria and the surrounding peaks. Mürren itself is car-free and peaceful, with charming shops and restaurants just around the corner. The staff was warm, helpful, and made traveling with a baby seamless. Truly a hidden gem. We would come back in a heartbeat."

"I think I may have been the first person to stay in my suite! It was so clean and everything you could need in terms of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Really great location, incredible views, friendly staff, nice common area and parking. Would definitely stay again! "

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."

"Excellent staff, in house breakfast is very much appreciated. Very clean room and seemed newly renovated floor and bathroom with a deep tub and the bed for a youth is excellent and can be put out to the 3rd bed for a family of 4. We loved the hotel. "
