"Bathroom and bed linen clean. Someone text me that morning to welcome me and see if I had questions and checked in on our stay every day. I think that was a nice touch since they were willing to hear and sort out any issues we had along the way. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt was overall great! The employees were nice and everyone was helpful and generous. My only complaint is that the sheets we had had way more sand in them than I would expect at a beach hotel. Also a few of my family member’s breakfast plates were dirty. But besides that, we had a wonderful stay and would come again."
