"Beach view. Clean room, staff was very accomadating."

"The bathtub wouldn’t drain. The beds were dirty and the linens made us itchy. We booked a room with two queen beds, but were given full size instead. Upon nicely bringing to their attention, we were gaslighted and told they were queens. The lamp plug ins were broken. Most of the television channels didn’t work. WiFi was crap. The ice machines were down. There are ridiculous rules to use the pool."

"Well I would of left a great review but.. my son went to take a shower at 730 and I went to the pool. I was at the pool till 9 and my son didn't come down and he wanted to swim really bad. Went to check on him. The door to the bathroom got stuck and he was trapped in the bathroom till 9pm missed dinner because they closed at 9. He only had 45 with the pool. They guy came and got the door opened but it was left open all night. Two women in a room with a 17 year boy. Didn't offer to fix or move rooms. I asked to speak to a manager the next morning, no manager was there. Left my number because im 10 hours away. It's been days and no phone call. I'll definitely visit Virginia Beach again I'm probably stayed here again if some kind of solution was made or even a phone call. I'm a manager and you want your guests to come back this did not help for me to stay again."

"Arrived early but was received with a warm welcome. Ricky at reception was great. The room was comfortable, the bed comfy and the bathroom clean. Breakfast had a lot of options and the fact service starts at 5:30am is great for an early riser like me. Coffee/tea was available at reception all day and night. Having the beach right out of the door is the best!"

"I did not get the room that I paid for due to construction which they told me 2 days prior to check in. If I had known that I would have never booked "

"Room was clean, nicely furnished, albeit quite small , it had everything we needed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk, walking up to the sounds of the ocean and being able to walk out right on the beach was the best part. Parking staff and front desk staff were pleasant though not much contact. The only comment I have is that the green carpet in the hallways looked dingy and in need of some deep cleaning. Otherwise, hotel stay was good, I would book with Moxy again. "

"The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed."
