"Awful experience. Didn’t get my money back when THEIR a/c went out. They called 30 min before arrival to mention there was no AC but refused to give a refund because they technically offered a different place to stay, significantly more disgusting place to stay. Horrible cleaning, bugs everywhere, mouse poop in the pull out couch. It was the basement of another unit and was mold and damaged drywall that had gotten painted over. list goes on, just a brutal experience that they kept my money over....

"Had a lovely stay with extended family at this old, full of character house. The host is excellent , very responsive when we had a few questions. Everything was well-appointed, obviously a well-loved home, and as described, with plenty of space for the family in a quiet neighborhood steps from the beach. The only downside is that the kitchen area isn’t air conditioned so it got quite hot and was uncomfortable for meal preparation during the hotter parts of the day. Even so, we enjoyed our stay...
