Pretty nice hotel, family friendly and many amenities for kids. The bar has pretty good drinks. The beach itself is pretty clean as well

Love the pool area with being able to order food and drinks. Could be bigger for the amount of guests. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. And hotel staff was not that accommodating for handicapped guests

Disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were missing pieces of molding, light bulbs not installed in the bathroom fixture, and the ceiling paint was coming off in large stripes. The refillable bottles (shampoo, etc) were all empty. Could also hear the guests in the next room quite clearly. Staff was overall friendly, which honestly saved the day.

Check in was a mess took long time no carts for your stuff the line was extremely long to even get checked in cars were parked anywhere and everywhere. Room I paid for I didn’t get. Bathroom setup was ridiculous the shower door banged into toilet when opened very small area. Staff was great and helpful

Always love the pools, especially the 21 and over pool. Outside pools seemed a little too dirty. Staff was great! Room was clean but poorly maintained and stocked. Only had a partial roll out of toilet paper and paper towels. Took too long to get the TP. No ice bucket, no dish drainer. Lamp was not working and outlet in the kitchen area wasn’t working. Overall decent experience but did get tired of calling for things.

Staff was really nice and it was a nice hotel but the fact I spend a nice portion for a night at the hotel and for me not to be able to check in, since my room wasn’t ready. Mind you check in time was 4pm and I arrived at the property at 7pm and wasn’t able to check in till around that time. I do appreciate the staff for accommodating us and giving us access to the pools and everything. But for me to spend as much as I did for my room to not be ready is very upsetting.
