"The hotel room was Clean, Staff was Friendly, and rooms had a beautiful view (besides the 2 bulldozers parked right in front of my balcony) but overall great up front ocean views, big window and I LOVED the jacuzzi!!! Balcony was a bit small and the people in the room next door were up yelling off the balcony at 7am, but the comfy bed made up for it! Parking is excellent, the location was absolutely perfect too and further away from lots of people but not too much of a walk to everything. Amazing fishing spots nearby as well. Only real negatives were the Toilet in our room had some flushing issues, and it’s honestly quicker to take the stairs up and down Bcz the elevator was a bit of a wait. 8/10 stay, also decent price, will book again! "

"Over priced for what you get. Booked a room with a king size bed bc it was just the 2 of us . They only had “premium room” but there wasn’t anything premium about it. Compared to most other hotels, the too. No different than a regular room with a king size bed. Also you have to pay $10 for parking on top off $175 for 1 night, plus pay a $50 deposit on top of that. It’s an old motel. There was never anyone at the front desk any time we went into the lobby. When we first arrived, there was a signed saying they were assisting other guest and would return shortly. And listed a phone # to call for assistance. I did & told them we were needing to check in. Had to wait for someone to come check us in. Then again the next morning when we were trying to check out- came down stairs to an empty lobby. Same deal- tried to call the phone # to let them know we need to check out. This time no one answered. Someone finally came. We’ve stayed in Nicer hotels at the beach for less money than this one. "

"Room was great. Beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of space. I see a lot of positive reviews about the breakfast. It’s ok. Nothing to get excited about. However hotel location and quality of the room is legit."

"Staff were great with check-ins..Our toilet kept running water because the commode wouldn’t fill with water. Called front desk and they said they would get maintenance. Maintenance called two hours later when we were ready to go to sleep. We told them come fix it the following day and no one did. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Waited all day for room to be cleaned and was then told it was by request only. Nice if they mentioned that. Also there was a charge for parking which i found out about from my brother who was staying at same hotel. Again no mention. I was told this is the doubletree way. I guess you need to know their way ahead of time"
