First of all, the location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the beach and all the main activities. However, the property is quite outdated, and the old air-conditioning units are very noisy.

The was staff helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels/face cloths etc. The hotel was in a good location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was really a good place to stay

Great location. We had the 2 double bed efficiency. A little musty smelling but clean. Extremely thin sheets and 1 thin fleece blanket. Overall a good deal for the location. I’m always very leery and read reviews and I was pleased.

The outdoor pool was a little small but clean. The motel is a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The beach has ample bathrooms and some outdoor showers. Parking was free and easy. Many restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice. There was an unexpected free rock concert next to the beach on Saturday night while we were there. Our trip was wonderful. The beach was crowded with people from all over the world. We would go again.

The staff were great, the kitchen was a big plus. The. Rooms were clean, everything worked and the ac work well. I will definitely stay there again. Plus is like 5 minutes walk to the beach is not far and has a lot of restaurants close by. Really great spot were you are close to everything and is budget friendly.

The room had a heavy smoke smell although it says the room is non-smoking. Other than that for the price the room was okay. The staff were exceptionally kind. Whatever I needed (sheets, tv volume, etc) they were kind enough to assist and promptly. Check in was efficient.
