Excellent location on the oceanfront boardwalk. Love the ocean view balcony. We had a few issues with furniture and accessories that did not work but the front desk staff was wonderful! They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Kudos to Angie especially.

This is NOT a hotel, it is a failed Time Share that is renting out their apartments to temporary guests. The maintenance must be driven by what guests tell them is wrong with the apartments because things like loose bathroom shelving, scarred floors, lamps without switch knobs, mini fridges with doors rubbing the floor, taped up TV remote and broken ice machines in the halls aren't fixed. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. The two good things were the view and the king bed.

Room was nice size. Plenty of space. Nice view to ocean. Air conditioner was in room, not hanging out balcony (which was nice). It could have been cleaner in room. The refrigerator had spilled milk in door and something else spilled all over top shelf. They forgot to put clean towels in the room. Had to go ask for some. The TVs were not connected so maintenance had to come fix them. There was visible sand on bar stools. Hair on bathroom floor. Something red on railing of balcony. No welcome packet or do not disturb sign in room. The safe in the room did not work. Location, view of ocean and size of room was really only good things about it.

The location was perfect. However, many of the aspects of the hotel was poor. The hotel was dated and it showed throughout. From the beginning we experienced a very slow check-in process; more than likely due to the outdated computer system and software. The rooms also reflected the age of the hotel. From old furniture, to rusty pipes to not having telephones in the rooms (which would allow visitors to contact front desk, make calls or order from restaurant). Cleanliness was almost non-existent. We had to switch rooms three time due to bad smell in rooms(s), dirty, stained and dated furniture, unclean kitchenette appliances and outdated bathrooms and technology. Lack of soundproofing resulted in noisy neighbors and hallways. Manager was not available and after eventually contacting by email, reply deflected our issues and offered no help or compesation or reimbursement.

I had high hopes because the lobby area, the restaurant and the walkway to the pool is gorgeous. However, the pool’s seating area flooring was dirty, hair everywhere we were afraid to step barefoot. Our room (deluxe with living room and kitchen), the carpet had a smell and the room stayed with moisture in the air. The room could use major upgrades, and felt like it could use a good scrubbing from top to bottom. Also, the walls are thin. Never in all of my travels have I heard my upstairs neighbors and neighbors beside me while staying in a hotel. The neighbors beside me for two nights played loud music until about 1am. Whoever was above me, had a child running back and forth early in the mornings. I was shocked to hear any of this being it was a hotel. Overall it was an ok stay.

Nice ocean view. Clean and spacious room. Front desk staff was friendly. The only issue we had was the hair dryer didn't work. We requested a different one but they couldn't find one. Overall a nice stay - we were only in town for one night.
