A (Bad) Step back in time

This hotel has made effort in the reception area, but the rooms and elevators are all still 1930 vintage. The only heating in the room was a small fan heater that you had to remember to turn on and off. The desk was a small side table. I did get a larger table when i asked. The room furniture was in poor condition. The bathroom (pale lilac) was cracked and there we no sink/bath plugs. The windows had no sound or temperature insulation. The breakfast buffet was poor, and there was no heating in the restaurant. I would not stay there again.

Mala Experiencia

Muy mala experiencia, llegamos el sábado al checkin a las 15:00, recién nos entregaron la habitación a las 16:30, con mis hijas íbamos a aprovechar la piscina y estaba cerrada por un evento... la habitación sin toallas, las tarjetas las desactivaron a las 11:00 del domingo, primera vez y última en el Hotel, siempre quise conocerlo y ahora solo quiero olvidarlo, me quede sin poder usar la piscina porque el domingo estaba nublado.

Es un hotel antiguo, que a pesar de que ha tratado de ir mejorando en ciertos aspectos, siento que deberia remodelar un poco la infraestructura, podria hacer estacionamientos para los clientes y no que esten al lado del estero lleno de tierra, la fachada arreglarla y pintarla, y a pesar de que yo me equivoque y pedi habitacion doble, podrian haberme ofrecido una habitacion matrimonial. Desayuno bueno, pero hay mejores. Soy ing en turismo y la cadena de los hoteles panamericana es una excelente cadena hotelera, este hotel esta aun por debajo de los otros hoteles

Miren, el hotel está en franca decadencia, descuidado y con la estructura muy poco mantenida y menos restaurada. Una lástima y le queda el puro nombre, ni da ni para dos estrellas

Primera vez que me quedo en hotel Volveré sin duda , comodidad , gente amable y servicial ,ricos alimentos y desayuno. Pero solicite ayuda , ya que una de mis ruedas del auto estaba sin aire. Solicite ayuda al personal , que cuida estacionamientos y no se me brindó de ningún tipo. A la respuesta que ellos sólo estaban haciendo su trabajo , totalmente válido , pero un poco de empatía no es malo. Sobre todo a horas de la noche , y el estacionamiento queda al lado de un río o estero, donde se encuentra gente haciendo fuego y acampando . Gracias.

Habitaciones sin calefacción y espera en desayuno

*Habitación muy helada, sin calefacción, ruidosa y sucia; tuvimos que esperar media hora para el desayuno porque el hotel estaba full de capacidad y no habilitaron otro salón para aquello. No volvería ni tampoco lo recomendaría. Se nota que va en baja este hotel.

TRADICIONAL PERO DEBE MODERNIZARSE

Hotel antiguo que falta remodelarse , no es posible que tengan piso de parquet que está en malas condiciones , debería estar alfombrado como en todos los demás hoteles de su categoría, el televisor del cuarto también era antiguo , no tenían adaptador de cargador para celular , la cama y el baño muy cómodo , la comida del restaurante muy buena y a buen precio, el desayuno buffet debería tener más variantes para comer.
