"Nice hotel. Giving 4 stars not 5 because everything was good but nothing stood out as exceptional. The breakfast was as expected in a European hotel. Staff in breakfast area were excellent. Whole hotel very clean. My room large, comfortable, and well appointed. Bathroom great. All this is as it should be. Lovely stay would stay again Area around hotel may shock those not expecting a busy city but area felt save and was very convenient. Would recommend staying here. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter had lost her Invisalign in the room, and the maids found it after we checked out. They went the extra mile to get the Invisalign returned to us - something they did not have to do. The staff also helped us weigh our bags when we left to make sure we were not overweight at the airlines. The location was great, overlooking the water, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend."

"Salvatore and Ruben at the front desk were extremely helpful. Salvatore was welcoming, patient, efficient and very customer oriented when we arrived on the first day, answering all my questions. This gave us such a comfortable feeling as we had not stayed in Naples before. The room was comfortable, everything worked and we enjoyed the breakfasts and room service menu!! "Nicolo was the best-so personable and knowledgeable about the area and history of Naples. We were a party of 2 adult couples and the accommodations we booked were two generous sized hotel rooms connected by our own private hallway. "This hotel is in a fantastic location, convenient for food, shopping, beach and a great view. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Pool is nice although a little odd - very small so booking is needed, saltwater although that didn’t bother us. It’s also very odd to have to wear a swimhat, even google couldn’t full explain why this is needed!"
