I would stay here again just for location. Standard (for me) two-prong charger for wall should be in every room. I had to call front desk for one. Ordered ice cream to room, came grainy and melted, sent it back. Ordered an omelet from buffet took 20 minutes and came back burned and made horrible. At table I had to ask twice for more hot chocolate as nobody ever asked if you needed anything else.

This hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment so maybe it is a little unfair to say negative things. On the plus side it is in an excellent location close to shopping malls and also very central to a lot of business areas. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
On the downside my room decor was pretty tired, very noisy airconditioning, and it had a funny layout which ended up sort of watching the television from around the corner. The rooms themselves were reasonably quiet otherwise.
It did have free wifi which worked fine and also an included breakfast which was perfectly adequate. The restaurant was open for Breakfast lunch and dinner and was OK but not great. There are so many places close by that you can eat at though it is not an issue.
I had a look in one of the refurbished rooms and it was very nice, so if I go back I will definitely ask for an upgraded room.
Positive: Very nice people and good rooms.
Negative: This time, relatively loud room, soap not replaced and one towel lacking the next day, as well as sauna defect.
Still a good choice for any traveler to Sao Paulo Vila Olimpia region.
