Best service ever. The entire staff, including cleaning staff, restaurant, front desk, anyone you may run into in the hotel, are very well trained to be polite, efficient, try to go above an beyond to have the guest’s needs taken care of. I was really impressed. Anywhere, anytime.

Creo que el lugar es costoso para lo que ofrece. La limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones no están buena, nuestro lava manos estaba tapado. Nadie habla español, así que algunas cosas no son tan claras.

Pontos fortes: Hotel excelente, instalações ótimas e comida farta, diversa e deliciosa. Funcionários muito gentis e solícitos, e claramente muito bem treinados. Dá pra melhorar: a limpeza nos corredores dos quartos não foi do mesmo nível que de outros lugares; a falta de fiscalização das regras do bom uso da piscina; hóspedes comendo e bebendo dentro da piscina, brincadeiras com bola e esguichos de água que importunam os outros hóspedes, e caixinha de som pessoais “brigando” com o som ambiente da piscina, e impondo um tipo de música de gosto pessoal.

Bom resort mas é caro pelo o que oferece!

Não é all inclusive, serve café, almoço e jantar com bebidas não álcoolicas apenas nas refeições. As refeições são boas mas acho uma diária muito cara para não ter nem água a vontade durante o dia, pagamos quase 10,00 numa garrafinha. Não tem nem uma máquina de café a vontade. O quarto é confortável porém muito pequeno, hotel é grande e alguns dos funcionários não sabem dizer nem aonde fica a recepção. As solicitações que fizemos pelo telefone demoravam horas, como pedido de toalha e travesseiro.

Estadia incrível. Quarto é grande, com um estrutura muito boa inclusive taboa e ferro de passar e secador, cama king size. O resort dispõe de carrinho para bebê, caso não tenha levado, já que o resort é enorme e você anda muito. O resort tbm tem um berçário onde vc pode deixar bebês de 6 meses a 2 anos e 11 meses por até 4h, períodos de 2h cada. Os atendentes e camareiras são muito gentis e sorridentes. A acessibilidade do resort é ótima. Sobre a recreação é animação, nunca vi melhor, portanto se você pensa que ficar 4 a 5 dias é muito, engana-se pq todos os dias tem atrações e coisas pra fazer. Tudo estava perfeito, comida boa, restaurantes ótimos, paisagismo lindíssimo. No período de férias tem o late check out aos domingos, permitindo que saia as 18h, então vale super a pena quando o dia está quente/ensolarado. Recreadores: Tio cabelinho, Tio DG, Tia Comissária e muitos outros, são maravilhosos … parabéns.

No geral o hotel é bom, acredito que pelo preço tenham opções melhores. Pontos positivos: Animação na piscina foi muito boa! Comida mesmo que com poucas opções, a qualidade era boa (todos os dias tinha filet mignon). Limpeza dos quartos foi nota 10. Pontos negativos: Comida quase sempre gelada e com pouca variedade. Parecia ter muitos funcionários novos por conta da semana do vacation club, onde eles eram bem despreparados e não sabiam nada. Para as consumações, sempre tem que ficar escrevendo e assinando, o que muitas vezes acaba em confusão, principalmente na área da piscina. Os outros resorts já usam a pulseira magnética e fica muito mais prático e seguro pra todos.

Razoável Pelo padrão e preço do hotel, deveria ser bem melhor. O banheiro estava com vazamento, a comida muito ruim, carnes duras e queirmadas, comidas quase todas sem tempero, pratos no réchaud frios, queijos e frios de baixa qualidade. Os maleteiros (eram3), nenhum se mexia, atrasaram ao trazer minhas malas na saída, precisei ir no guarda malas atrás deles. Vieram trazer 2 malas em dois ( desnecessario)

Conheço o hotel há decadas. Triste ver que o que esta faltando é treinamento dos funcionarios e melhor controle de qualidade nos alimentos. Sentimos falta de urbanidade dos funcionarios em grande maioria com raras exceções. Bem localizado e com excelentes instalações, é uma pena o resultado final apresentado. Desejo que achem de volta o bom caminho…
