Hotel is not what i expected very small hotel bath room just big enough to take shower no amenities next to hotel is construction very loud noise i adked them to change my room two times they were nice to change restaurant is very shabby though breakfast was ok there are better chouces in sao paulo all staff is very friendly but not a good value of money sorry very nice people mean staff.

Great Location, Room for Improvement

Intercity São Paulo has a great location and friendly service. The overall structure is solid, and having a 24-hour gym and pool is a huge plus for those who train regularly. The room is comfortable, with a decent bed and acceptable cleanliness, although the towels could definitely be better. The main downside was the breakfast. If you’re staying for several days, the lack of variety becomes tiring. While the staff is kind, the breakfast area often feels chaotic — it’s common to find no cups, no plates, and tables piled with used dishes, leaving no place to sit. Also, a heads-up about the protein boxes offered: some are very close to their expiration date. I grabbed one that was spoiled, but only realized it later in a taxi, so I didn’t have a chance to report it. In summary, it’s a good stay with excellent location and nice staff, but some operational details — especially at breakfast — need attention. Overall 3,5 / 5

Hotel muito bom.

O hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. O quarto e a cama são grandes. Tudo muito confortável. Excelente ducha no banheiro. A pia do quarto 402 que hospedamos acumulava água, mas nada que atrapalhasse, apenas um pequeno incomodo. Quarto silêncioso, possui um isolamento acustico com 2 janelas com vidros grossos. Incomodou um pouco os barulhos das portas batendo nos corredores pela manhã, quando outros hospedes deixavam os seus quartos. Café da manhã variado e excelente. Funcionários cordiais; A região possui ótimos restaurantes e boa acessibilidade. A viagem foi com o intuito de ir a um show no Parque do Ibirapuera, então atendeu muito bem pois é muito próximo.

Estádia mediana, atendimento do Wellington nota 10

A localização do hotel é muito boa, com acesso a restaurantes, metrô e shopping tudo a pé, isolamento acústico razoável. A limpeza é péssima, tanto no quarto quanto nos corredores. Na entrada, colocam uma toalha nova, branca e cheirosa, na troca colocam toalhas velhas, amareladas e furadas. Tivemos que solicitar a limpeza por duas vezes e, quando fizeram, esqueceram de repor o sabonete líquido e a toalha de rosto. O café da manhã é bom, básico, mas saboroso. O atendimento do Wellington é simplesmente sensacional, ele faz toda diferença para uma boa estadia, super cordial, educado, divertido, prestativo, sorridente e sempre disponível para ajudar no que for preciso.
