"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. "What a stay!!! One of the best holiday experiences we have had. From Happy hour drinks at the roof top pool to breakfast on the riverside terrace, we could not fault this boutique hotel. Location was excellent with only a short stroll down to the city markets. My wife used the spa facilities daily and enjoyed the treatments immensely. All the staff were amazing but a special thank you to Julie, Emily and Moon for the wonderful service, delightful conversation and cheeky senses of humour. Recommended without reservation.
