"Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. "The pictures and description provided for this Homestay somehow led us to expect a large room in the quiet countryside. The room was much smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, the supposedly quiet riverside was impacted by a busy schedule of tourist boat tours with very loud music and a primary/ infant school on the other side. "Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "Good location for a small family for a getaway from the hustle. It has its own pool and 5 min walking distance to the beach and restaurant. They provide shuttle service for anybody that has kids as well. Communication was very speedy 👍. Price was well worth it to me. I'd say here if you don't plan on visiting da nang but want to visit Hoi an. There's are no close markets nearby so best to buy your groceries snacks or drinks before you arrive."
