Outstanding stay. The rooms and amenities were great and the staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Decent variety of food, even if the prices seem high, but reasonable for a resort of this quality. Breakfast buffet was great and had a large selection. Highly recommend staying here

Perfect way to experience a resort on Phu Quoc

It was a beautiful property: immaculately clean with gorgeous decor. The service and warmth of the staff were incredible, and the food options were great.

The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok.

The staff was very nice and polite. It was clean and the beach , pool was nice too. The bicycle was a little old and rusty. The brake was not working properly. Breakfeast at 9th floor was good and the service also. Check in went smoothly.

This is very nice hotel. The location is on the mid of island. And there is nothing in outside that you can buy (no store and market). The nearest market is the night market of sonaset. The Grab to there around 30K VND. And you can have lunch/dinner on the market will be better.

First good impression was the staffs work by the doors, the reception and life guard ( I think his name Nghia). They’re extremely nice and helpful. Almost everything was prefect and only couple things are coconut bar by the pool was closed on Mon through Wed :(, and the toilet flushing button is located in very inconvenient location you can’t flush the toilet while you’re seating. Well other than that is pretty good.

Was dissappointed of the standard of the hotel. Restaurant lacked in options, and the food was not good. We ended up eating from the childrens menu.. However service was excellent, from the receptionists to the concierge. Had some problems with the TV in our room one of the days, and the receptionist took the problem very seriously. Technicians came immediately. Appreciated that the GM took time to talk to the guests. Would try another hotel if we were to come to PQ again...

Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items. We ordered three of them. Without going into too much detail, let's just say: two of them were not up to standard, which was disappointing due to the hefty price of the "late night menu." We informed the desk and they collected the food. The next morning at breakfast a staff member approached us and offered her apologies about the food service incident the previous night. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for the issue. She was beyond excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our stay an additional night based soley on how that one staff member went above and beyond to make things right. She was the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, pool closes at 8pm which seemed a little early for such a beautiful resort. Hot tub would be nice for a late night romantic soak. Not much bad to say other than that one incident. Everything else was premium. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend; just maybe stick to the normal restaurant menu ;)

Beautiful property. Your money can’t have any marks on it if you want to exchange currency. You have to be on time with the shuttles.
