"Execellent staff and service "

"Best customer service EVER! Upon my late check in, it was nice to be met with a cold towel, welcome drink & dried fruit. They even went so far as to make a little cake for me and deliver it to my room with a short birthday song! Location is great as it's literally right around the corner from the lake surroinded by many restaurants that also have sky bars. Breakfast has SO much variety & they offer cooked-to-order items as well. I didnt use the spa but it was nice to know that its a service. The property has great decor, super clean and is very quiet considering how busy the street below is. That said, the property is a little older & I(along some other guests) had an issue with a weird moldy smell in my room but I moved immediately. The staff are all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They learned my name quickly, offered help with tours & local rec's, even walked me to my Grab to translate everytime I took a ride. Don't hesitate to give them a try. I felt so taken care of here & everyone helped to make my birthday in Hanoi a memorable one.🙏"

"Very good breakfast menu with live counters and very clean, well maintained facilities. Staffa were well-trained, very welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to a staff: "My Thiem" (hope i m correct with the name) She ensured that our dietary requirements are taken care of during breakfast. It was great location, directly on the beautiful beach and near to the happening market. Loved the stay and will recommend to everyone. "

"Cleaners cleaned the rooms every days with new towels. The front room with city view was a bit noisy even though our room was L6. They do supply ear plugs. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is enough with choice of eggs and Vietnamese noodles soup. Located is fantastic, close and walking distance to shops, restaurants and some attractions."

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."

"The elevator took so long and no ac in the hall and elevator so it so hot. The hotel is dated and we get banging loud construction noise. The shower stall is extremely small"
