The hotel was ok, but the staff doesn’t have comunication each other. I was with in three bedroom room and they gave me a couch with a blanket instead a bed. I spoke with different person about it and until next day nobody did nothing. I was in a tour and I added 2 day more to stay . I went to the reception to check in and out and they said you can stay at the same room, but when I came back they put my luggage in another place. I was frustrated.

All good except for the location
I thought it was really close to the main train station but it turned out to be about a 15 minute walk. Not many dining options nearby. Also gotta walk over 15 minutes for a anything other than Turkish fast food. Facility is well kept and in safe location. Price not bad. Not too much to complain about. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, our reservation for a 3 party family was not ready. The manager, Ms. Betül Demir confidently and efficiently made the necessary changes and within 10 minutes we were checked-in. The entire staff were very welcoming and professional and Hotel Rainers are lucky to have them as part of the team. This location is an older venue and the rooms with the wood floors appears most renovated vs. the green carpeted floors. There is a grocery store within 8 min walk in a more residential neighborhood with few restaurants. Easy access to metro system. Did not have breakfast here or use exercise facility. Hotel suited our needs and budget minded stays.

We got here super late but thankfully they have staff there late. The hotel is a little out dated and the tub tub was half my height and a death trap. But otherwise, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice clean hotel with nice rooms. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I felt very comfortable staying in the area. The center city is not too far off and neither is the airport. I enjoyed my stay at Rainers Hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel could use some upgrades, takes about 20-30 min to get to anywhere, local area doesn’t have much to offer food / shop wise. Transit is close by. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest.

Very good stay. Only downfall was two single beds joined to make one double bed. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to family and friends.

Ok location, staff are friendly and helpful
Area was quiet and safe. It’s not in the heart of the city but it’s centrally located and metro was close by. They offer a small credit if you dont opt for daily housekeeping. Spacious rooms.

Worst Hotel experience!
Looks nice outside......but its filthy inside. Had to kill 4-5 small cockroaches in the room and the bathroom is dirty and filthy. Stain and buggers on the wall......whats is wrong with them???? Look at the pictures. Staff was very friendly.

Comfortable stay, great service!
The hotel offered a very comfortable stay. Check-in experience was pleasant and the staff very polite and helpful! The hotel is a 20-30 minute walk from the Vienna central station, but just a 5 minute walk from a tram station, with straight teams to the Opera house.

Affordable place with easy connection to downtown
Very comfortable place if you don't mind staying a bit away from the downtown. It is located very close to a train line, which made getting downtown and getting around very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

They have car parking also. Air condition was not cooling that much. A little bit far from center. (20 min by tram) Overall rate was excellent. recommend it for one or 2 night stay.

A very smart business-oriented hotel
The hotel looks a bit drab from the outside, but inside it's a very smart business-oriented hotel; smart rooms, good aircon, lots of TV channels, good WiFi. You're five minutes' walk from the S-bahn... and three minutes' ride from there to the central station. Probably not an especially great location for holidaymakers - there's nothing much around the hotel, though.

Zum schlafen und wien zu erkunden ist es sehr gut. Das dreibett zimmer ist etwas zu eng für drei personen. Aber für kurze zeit kann mann es noch ertragen. Insgesamt ist es sehr gut ,Würde es empfehlen.Danke an die reseptionisten.
