Overall a good experience. My doubt was if the people are screened based on their nationality. Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi/Similar people are accommodated in same rooms. It should be deliberate. Can't be that much of a coincidence. Moreover, it was interesting that no towels were provided.

The bookings are registered in our system on an arrival basis and the rooms filled following availability according to room category. We only offer towels in three room categories (twin-, double- and 3-bedrooms). Other guests have the option to buy towels at the reception. The property is very inconvenient as when we needed to ask the staff to keep heating our food in the microwave as only the staff only had access to the microwave and sink whereas in order hostels they left it open for guests to use

It looks like a 4 Star hotel since you enter the Reception. Clean and professional. I din:t like the idea of having to sign a record when checking in and rooms are missing Air Conditioning, just too hot during Summer.

I literally fell asleep in the lobby because they wouldn’t let me check in early, i offered to pay a fee & they kept saying no. The room was ready, just not their policy to let me in early. There was like 5-6 of us in the lobby just waiting for 15:00.

For the price it’s what you’d expect, communal areas are decent the vibe is very much boring though. If you’re a solo travel and expect to meet others I wouldn’t recommend this one since there are no incentive to socialize with others. Also lots of older guys (kinda uncomfortable for younger solo female travellers).

My stay was okay, but the service wasn't so great. A man checked me into my room and i didn't really understand that there was a deposit for the locker. I got into my room and went back to the receptionist. He just asked me, "Oh, you're still staying here?" I just said, "Yes, why wouldn't I?" I asked about the locker fee again and he said there was a deposit. I returned to my room and my locker key number did not match my bed key number. I returned again to the receptionist and stated this and he said the locker room key number do not always match the bed number. The place was okay to stay in, but rude service.

From U1 station about 9 minutes to walk, building was easy to find. Checkin need super-sharp eyes for filling form ;) Deposit 5€+ 10€ locker. Close to Billa supermarket.

Just for overnight. Place is clean but noisy pepole use to go there. Just to sleep overnight is okay. Walls very thin, poor soundproofing:(

Could be better
The location is far from the centre, the staff is unfriendly and in somes occasions not polite. There is no kitchen, we asked for boil water and they wanted to charge us for that and answer rude. We have been traveling for a while and in all the places where we stayed if they don’t have kitchen, they gave us boil water without problem. Not recommend to stay here.

Absolutely awful hostel, worst I've ever stayed at and in immense pain because of them. Was only there for 2 nights, I had requested a bottom bunk due to health issues (I have chronic fatigue syndrome) and they never responded and gave me a top bunk. The bed I did get was atrocious, there was a massive dip in the mattress which really messed up my back. Following that I asked for an extra pillow to help with back issues and the receptionist said that I will have to speak to housekeeping the next day around 10:30, I couldn't believe how unprofessional it was, I had one day in Vienna so I absolutely didn't have time to hang around waiting for house cleaning. That day I get home, hoping to find the pillow has been left for me but instead I come back to find that they have taken the quilt cover off my blanket and just left it there. Being exhausted I didnt have the energy to put it back on and quite frankly I shouldn't have to. I don't have a single positive thing to say for this hostel, was really bad service and the amount of pain the bed caused me is disgusting. Never stay here.

Comfortable beds . En-suite rooms. Large common areas . Quick reliable internet. There are some bad reviews about the hostel being in a shady area . I did it think so . I returned very late every night . The streets are clean and well lit . I passed various locals and they were all fine. I even saw single women walking alone. It is a 10 minute walk to station but there is a bus available. I would recommend this hostel and would consider staying again next time I’m in Vienna

This place is beige, unexciting, lacks amenities and personality. FAR from food/cafes. No kitchen at all, not even a microwave to reheat the food you carried from the closest restaurants 9 blocks away. No community board to tell travelers some nice places in the VERY RESIDENTIAL boring neighborhood. No glassware if you bring a beverage back. Nearby food includes take aways almost exclusively. Yuck. Nothing open in the evening. Ladies dorm was acceptable with wooden beds and rentable lockers. Quite small rooms. No towels available. Clean but one of the most disappointing hostels I've stayed in. Moved to wombats and am much happier.

The room and property was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Everything works very good. The only down points are the bathroom not having any hairdryer, and they don’t give you any towels unless you buy them.

The rooms were nice, confortable and tidy. Only four beds per room which is great. The bathroom was also very good, clean and practical. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom not having hairdryer.
