"Not clean, the check in instructions on hotels.com are not correct, woke me up in the morning to ask for city tax that I had already paid, 5 wifi networks and passwords, all wrong, no help or answers to fix it. But the ABSOLUTE worst thing. The doors have ZERO sound isolation! You can hear every single word said in the rooms across the hall!!!"

"the location is excellent. short walk to the Basilica. the room is spacious and great. the not so great things about the unit: 1. you need to be geek to check in, it took me forever just to open the main door 2. there’s no elevator, i need to drag my luggage and take around 20+ steps 3. the curtain are so thin especially in the bathroom. 4. the hot water, once the other room used the hot water, you need to wait for 45 minutes to have a warm water for shower as per owner"

"After reading some negative reviews, we were a little skeptical. But, actually, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although, they lack in timely communication, but it did n't bother us, as the check-in via their app and entry to room was fairly easy. It's a moderate quality accommodation, but Room 104 was clean, enough towels, lights and a very comfortable bed. Very close to Duomo and Metro. We enjoyed our stay !!"

"Loved this hotel. Stayed there for my visit to the Olympics. Great location near the Duomo, subway station, great shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean. The room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and reasonably priced. Only complaint is I wish they used softer toilet paper (really my only complaint). "
