"The property is beautiful and is right in the old city. The room was good size and had a large bathroom. We had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The pool area was especially nice. It was a little confusing for us to figure out exactly where to go to be transferred to the hotel. All the staff were very friendly,helpful and professional. Some of the carpets are showing their age and could us an upgrade. We would certainly stay there again."

"This a charming boutique hotel right in front of the main gate of the citadel. We really enjoyed our stay and we can only praise the staff and the quality of the hotel. Our only slight disappointment was the layout of the room and what we have seen it seems that they all share the same flaws. While the quality, cleanliness and space was there, we found the room crowded and badly designed. For example there is only one small table that is overloaded with a coffeemaker, a lamp and a pile of documents about everything and anything. That the easy one to fix. The bathroom is weirdly designed, same feeling it seems the architect wanted to put all possible things in a too small area for that. You have a shower, a bath, a toilet and a double sink in a space of 2.5 by 3 meters. It doesn’t really fit, leading with a tiny shower and the toilet right in front of it and no space to circulate between the sinks and the bath."

"If you are afraid of the dark, this is the place for you, because the curtains are too short to block the bright lights outside. Are you the curious type? You’ll be happy to know that, due to poor sound insulation, you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, the hall, the lobby and the nearby roadway. Seriously, after an excellent experience at the Campanile Limoges this was a let down. We booked here specifically because they were supposed to have a restaurant but we received notice the night before that it was closed for two weeks. The breakfast buffet was very basic and was frequently out of the few items it had. The pool and the patio look nice, but we would not stay here again."
