"The bed in the room was horrible. The matress seemed to be covered with plastic, which was rather noisy and made the bed hot in an already tiny room. To make a long story short, I ended up moving to another hotel in the middle of the night 45 minutes after arriving. The staff were rather rude. No reinbusement of course. I had already paid for three night there! "

"I just want to give 2 stars to the person at the front desk ..because honestly i think they should work on the customer service... at least for the person who attend me on Saturday the 28 around 6 pm . El estacioaes auto servicio y si toca que tu auto le estorbe a otro debes estar disponible para moverlo. "
