"Really great location just 1 block from the main plaza. Tons of food, drink, and coffee options. Room was huge and included microwave, sink, refrigerator. While it's on a main street, it was quiet with not too much street noise."

"The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Items that need attention, the room TV was never fixed, and the exercise equipment was actually unsafe to ride due to mechanical issues.
Outside of that, it was great."
"Convenient centro location. Property was clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable and relatively quiet. Everything worked. That said, TV froze a lot using YouTube. The Alexa vocal controls for lighting and climate were awkward so I just used physical/handheld controls. Lots of ghost lighting at night from various devices. There is no floor lip/rim to shower; despite my best efforts water spread to center of bathroom and around toilet base. I had to use floormat to wipe up excess water after each shower. Restaurant was convenient especially with heavy rains. Good service overall. Portion sizes vary greatly on the menu so I found it best to ask server ref each item. Refills are available for coffee in mornings but they must be ordered from the start a specific way. I used luggage storage at front desk for my late bus departure after check out hours. Staff was polite and professional."
"We love to stay at this hotel when we are in Orizaba. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in centro within easy walking distance of the river, the pedestrian area, lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good, too. "
"Very nice hotel in a great location and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and safe. They provide an excellent breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend. "
"Cierran a determinada hora en la noche y no puedo volver ingresar en madrugada. El qc y shower esta incorporado dentro del mismo espacio de la cama y tiene puerta y subdivision de cristal.

"It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure."
