My stay at this hotel was okay overall. The cleanliness of the room was some way decent. I say that because I could see dirt in some areas of the floor. The air conditioning was great. My only problem with my stay was the noise at night. Noise coming from the street and inside the hotel hallway.

The wifi and tv didn't work. The sheets weren't clean. The Hotel is in the very centre of Orizaba and is therefore very good accessible by foot from the bus station and to all important spots of the city.

It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure.

Mucha limpieza, amabilidad, agua caliente para bañarse, ambiente cálido a pesar de las bajas temperaturas del clima. Muy céntrico, se puede ir a pie a casi todos los lugares turísticos. A una cuadra del Palacio de hierro y a una cuadra y media de Catedra.
