The bed in the room was horrible. The matress seemed to be covered with plastic, which was rather noisy and made the bed hot in an already tiny room. To make a long story short, I ended up moving to another hotel in the middle of the night 45 minutes after arriving. The staff were rather rude. No reinbusement of course. I had already paid for three night there!

We were asked to leave our room key anytime we stepped out, we were told we would be charged if we dirtied towels with makeup, if we dirtied linens and then at checkout we had to wait for them to go inspect our entire room. It just felt like we were accused.

La habitación olía a humedad, la regadera estaba muy vieja y salía poquita agua,solo Había una toalla en la habitación , la cama muy incómoda,no tenía cabecera ,y la cobija olía mal, se que el presio es muy accesible pero si denberian tener todo limpio y ordenado ,que las cosas funcionen,además se escucha mucho ruido y no se puede descansar

Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones, sin embargo no cuentan con extensión telefónica, ante cualquier situación tienes que bajar hasta el lobby, algunos huéspedes hacen mucho ruido y no dejan dormir, la regadera de mi habitación estaba con fuga y se salía del área del baño
