That’s not cool or acceptable No coffee was followed by 2 hour delay at airport You started my day poorly. Don’t blame that girl she was best employee you have. "

"The photos make it seem nicer than it is. The floors smell like toxic cleaning product and there are no amenities or room service. It is a very bare bones hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive but that did not make up for the awful smell, the state of the building (very old - nothing updated). I was given a room by the elevator and it was super loud, I had to sleep with earplugs and the mattress was not firm enough. Overall, I would not stay here again. "

"We could’ve used a microwave in the room. Also parking price was not clear, it is available at about $74 a day. Convenient if you need a handicap or disabled person staying in the area. Great location for walking."

"The room was spacious for the price. The neighborhood is ok, but you’re right on the cusp of the tenderloin. But, the hotel itself is nice, clean and the vibe is more international with the people staying there. Very decent for the price and i would stay again but avoid a few streets up. A perfect stay for the budget friendly who want everything to be right there. Walkable to everything"

"Check in was rather stressful for some in our party. Some in our party do not drink alcohol, and the front desk person was very pushy with trying to give a bottle of wine, or complimentary cards for a glass of beer/wine. She would not take "no thank you" for an answer. The door to our room was extremely heavy, and hard to open. The pocket bathroom door was heavy as well. In the bathroom, there were no places to hang wet towels, other in the shower. Not a great option when there were 3 of us showering. The workout room was very nice, and some of the staff were very helpful."
