Highly recommended! A beautiful hotel in a great, calmer arena of the city, with exceptional service. Everything was perfect, and Riccardo is very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful host, really clean and comfortable rooms, overall an excellent place to stay. The bathroom was quite narrow so there's isn't loads of space, but it's still comfortable to use. There are also lots of restaurants and a Coop shop 1 minute away.

Riccardo was incredibly friendly and kind! Check in was so easy, and the neighbourhood was perfect-away from all the hustle, but a short and beautiful 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. All restaurant recommendations they provided were fantastic. The room and balcony were above and beyond.

Love this place!

Couldn’t recommend more! I expected the room to be old and small as most in Venice but it was huge and very nice. Greatly exceeded our expectations and had so much charm. The location was perfect and everyone working was really nice and helpful. I would love to come back again!

Absolutely amazing stay. The apartment was big and spotless, walking distance from St.Marcus square and vaporetto stop. Sara the host was wonderful, gave us tons of tips, which where extremely useful. Welcoming bottle of prosecco was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely reccommend and will definitely come back once in Venice again.

Duchessa was a highlight of our trip. We were warmly welcomed, given some treats for our stay and everything was PERFECT. We will be back next time we are in Venice!
